1️⃣ Group A Posts (Level 10 and above)
- Registrar : Master’s degree with 55% marks + 15 years of administrative / academic experience, of which 8 years as Deputy Registrar or equivalent.
- Assistant Registrar : Master’s degree with 55% marks. Selection through written test and interview.
- System Analyst : B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science or M.E. / M.Tech / MCA + 3 to 5 years programming experience in C / C++ / Java, databases, and Windows / Linux platforms.
2️⃣ Group B Posts (Level 6 and 7)
- Section Officer : Bachelor’s degree + 3 years as Assistant (Level 6) or 8 years as UDC (Level 4) + computer proficiency.
- Nursing Officer : B.Sc. Nursing (or GNM with 2.5 years experience) + registered as Nurse with State Nursing Council.
- Personal & Professional Assistant : Bachelor’s degree + 3 years as UDC or equivalent + proficiency in typing and computer applications.
- Junior Engineer : B.E. / B.Tech with 1 year experience, or Diploma in Engineering with 3 years experience.
- Personal Assistant : Bachelor’s degree + stenography speed 100 wpm + typing speed 35 wpm (English) / 30 wpm (Hindi) + 2 years experience.
- Professional Assistant : Master’s degree in Library & Information Science with 2 years experience, or Bachelor’s degree in Library Science with 3 years experience.
