NIT Calicut Apprentice Recruitment: The National Institute of Technology (NIT) Calicut, through its
Centre for Continuing Education and Skill Development (CCESD),
has released the official notification for engagement of
Apprentice Trainees (Graduate, Diploma & ITI Trade) for the year 2026–27.
A total of 50 apprentice vacancies are available under the
Apprentices Act, 1961 for a training period of one year.
All details below are strictly prepared as per the official notification dated
24 January 2026.

• Graduate Apprentice: Relevant Degree with required percentage
• Diploma Apprentice: Relevant Diploma
• ITI Apprentice: ITI certificate in the respective trade
No. There is no application fee for any category.
Selection will be based on academic merit followed by document verification / interview, if required.
• Graduate Apprentice: ₹15,000/month
• Diploma Apprentice: ₹12,500/month
• ITI Apprentice: ₹11,000/month
