Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT Bombay) has officially released a recruitment notification for engagement of Graduate Degree Holders from Non-Technical (General) Streams under the provisions of the
Apprentices Act, 1961.

The apprenticeship training will be conducted for a period of Three Years for the assessment year 2026.

🎓 Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following streams:

✅ Management Science / Business Studies

Eligibility Conditions:

✔ Degree completed after March 2023

✔ Must be Fresh Graduates
❌ No Prior Work Experience
❌ Candidates already undergoing apprenticeship elsewhere are not eligible

🎂 Age Limit (As on 28.02.2026)

Minimum Age	18 Years
Maximum Age	25 Years
SC / ST	+5 Years Relaxation
OBC (NCL)	+3 Years Relaxation

Nationality: Only Indian Nationals are eligible.

💰 Stipend / Salary

As clearly specified in the notification:

✅ ₹12,300/- per month (Consolidated Stipend)
Year 1: ₹7,800 (IIT Bombay) + ₹4,500 (NATS – DBT)
Year 2 & 3: Full stipend paid by IIT Bombay
